Two things are incontrovertibly true about “millenials” (or, in other words, people born between 1981 and 2000): they will soon become the largest workforce in this country’s history and everyone has an opinion about them. Some say this younger generation of workers are lazy, uncooperative and lacking in work ethic. Others say the millenials are tech-savvy, passionate and highly communicative.
